Cost Accountant for a Restaurant in Alexandria
Responsibilities:
Monitor and control restaurant costs and expenses.
Analyze food, beverage, inventory, and waste costs.
Prepare periodic cost reports and financial results.
Evaluate and improve cost control processes to enhance operational efficiency.
Collaborate with the operations team to ensure efficiency and cost reduction.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.●2-6 years of experience in cost accounting or a similar financial role.Previous experience in restaurant cost accounting.Experience in meal pricing.Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software.Solid understanding of cost accounting principles and methodologies.Accuracy and strong attention to detail.
