Minimum of 10 years and maximum of 15 year of relevant experience in a senior financial management role.Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting within a manufacturing or industrial environment.Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and compliance standards.Demonstrated ability to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth.Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience supervising finance professionals.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.Proficiency in financial management software and advanced MS Excel skills.Experience working in an on-site (office-based) environment.Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and results-oriented workplace.
