  • Research and communicate with domestic and international tourism companies to attract new guests to our restaurant.
  • Present and send restaurant offers (menus, special packages, promotional rates) to tourism companies to increase B2B sales.
  • Coordinate in negotiation of prices and contracts to increase sales.
  • Coordinate with restaurant management to ensure service readiness to accommodate touristic groups.
  • Monitor and manage customer satisfaction to resolve any issues quickly and efficiently.
  • Prepare periodic reports on sales, new clients, and contract volume.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in business development, sales,  Tourism or Hospitality  (preferably in restaurants or hotels).Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skillsProficiency in English.Presentable appearance
