- Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed area sales targets for radiology solutions and medical devices.
- Lead, coach, and motivate a team of sales professionals to maximize performance and ensure alignment with company objectives.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the assigned territory, building and nurturing strong relationships with healthcare professionals and key decision-makers.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide actionable insights and adapt sales strategies accordingly.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions and presentations to clients.
- Oversee the negotiation and closing of sales contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Prepare and present regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to senior management.
- Organize and participate in industry events, conferences, and product demonstrations to enhance brand visibility and generate leads.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing post-sales support and addressing any issues promptly.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product offerings, industry developments, and best practices in medical device sales.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare sector.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.Strong leadership and team management skills with experience in coaching and developing sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.Ability to analyze market data and develop effective sales strategies.Willingness to travel frequently within the assigned area for client meetings and events.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Fluency in English; Arabic language skills are an advantage.Ability to work independently and as part of a teamKnowledge of the Radiology Solutions and Medical Devices industries is a plus
