Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Oracle developers, data engineers, and analysts.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure successful and timely project delivery.
- Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture.
Oracle EBS Development & Support
- Oversee technical development and customization within Oracle EBS, including Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, and Workflows (RICEW).
- Ensure code quality, development standards, and best practices are consistently applied.
- Collaborate with functional teams and business users to deliver effective solutions.
Incorta Data Warehouse & Analytics
- Manage the design, development, and optimization of the Incorta data warehouse.
- Oversee schema design, ETL/data ingestion processes, and performance tuning.
- Partner with business stakeholders to deliver insightful dashboards and advanced analytics.
- Ensure seamless integration between Oracle EBS and Incorta for effective data flow.
Project & Stakeholder Management
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for application initiatives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to align IT solutions with business objectives.
- Provide regular status updates and technical guidance to leadership.
Qualifications & Skills Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (Master’s degree is a plus).Proven experience (7–10 years) in application development with at least 3 years in a managerial role.Strong technical expertise in Oracle EBS RICEW and data warehouse solutions.Hands-on experience in Encarta design, development, and analytics.Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
