- Manage and develop relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Prepare and submit technical and commercial offers; follow up on quotations and negotiations.
- Execute and monitor export orders from negotiation to shipping, in coordination with Production, Quality, Shipping, and Finance departments.
- Conduct regular market research to understand the needs of target markets and suggest entry or expansion strategies.
- Represent the company at relevant international exhibitions and trade fairs.
- Follow up on payments and coordinate with the Finance department to ensure timely collections.
- Prepare periodic reports on performance and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Maintain and update client and contract data
- Ensure export and shipping documentation complies with destination country requirements.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in export, with direct experience in English-speaking markets .Fluent in English “spoken and written” is essential.Strong communication and negotiation skills.Strong market analysis and reporting skills.Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.Willingness to travel when required
