Retail Sales Advisor – Tires & Batteries (Sheikh Zayed Branch)

Job Summary

You’ll welcome customers, understand their needs, and recommend the right tires, batteries and related services. You’ll prepare quotes, process orders, follow up on leads, and help the branch hit its monthly targets—while giving customers a great experience.

Responsibilities:

Greet walk-in customers and identify needs; explain specs, warranties & fitment options.

Recommend tires/batteries and upsell balancing, alignment and installation services when suitable.

Issue quotes & invoices, check stock, place orders, and coordinate with the workshop team.

Keep accurate Excel logs (prices, sizes, stock, customer data, follow-ups).
Handle phone/WhatsApp enquiries and follow up on open quotations.

Maintain merchandising & cleanliness of the showroom.

Help professionally resolve returns/claims.

Work toward monthly sales targets and branch KPIs.

(Nice to have) Support simple B2B outreach to nearby garages/fleets when needed.

Requirements (Must-have):

Experience: 1–3+ years in automotive sales (tires, batteries, spare parts, oil/quick service) OR strong car knowledge plus proven retail sales skills.

Language: Good English (spoken & written).

Computer skills: Comfortable with Excel (basic formulas, filtering), email & WhatsApp.
Location: Based in/near 6th of October / Sheikh Zayed (reasonable daily commute).

Strong communication, negotiation, and people skills; target-driven, honest and reliable.

Willing to work on-site with rotational shifts and peak-season weekends.

Preferred (Nice-to-have)

Knowledge of tire sizes, speed/load ratings, tread types and battery specs (CCA, Ah, DIN/JIS).

Experience at an authorised distributor, quick-service centre, or spare parts retailer.

Valid driving license.

Familiarity with ERP/POS systems or simple CRM.
