- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the real estate sales team.
- Coordinate and manage documentation related to client records.
- Liaise with agents, and internal departments to facilitate efficient communication and transaction processing.
- Maintain and update sales reports.
- Schedule and organize client meetings, and sales presentations.
- Track and follow up on sales leads, inquiries, and client feedback to support business development.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, legal regulations, and industry standards in all administrative processes.
- Support the sales team in achieving targets by providing timely information, resources, and logistical assistance.
- Handle general office duties such as filing, correspondence, and data entry as required.
Key Requirements: 1–3 years of experience in sales administration, preferably in the Real Estate developments.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Experience with CRM systems is a strong advantage.Strong communication and organizational skills with high attention to detail.Good command of English (written and spoken).Previous experience working with real estate brokers.Basic knowledge of follow-up.Ability to prepare analytical reports to support management decision-making.
