The Heavy Equipment Maintenance Engineer is responsible for ensuring the reliability, availability, and safety of heavy machinery such as excavators, loaders, bulldozers, cranes, and other construction, mining, or industrial equipment. The role involves planning, executing, and supervising maintenance activities, diagnosing faults, implementing preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and supporting continuous improvement to minimize downtime and extend equipment life.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering (or related field).Proven experience in heavy equipment maintenance (construction, mining, ports, or oil & gas industries preferred).Strong knowledge of hydraulic systems, diesel engines, transmissions, control systems, and electronics.Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.Commitment to safety and environmental standards.
