About the Role
At adbow, Account Managers are the bridge between our platform and advertising agencies. They are responsible for growing, maintaining, and supporting our agency network while ensuring smooth onboarding and collaboration during briefs, pitches, and projects.

Responsibilities

  • Guide agencies through onboarding and profile setup
  • Finalize contracts and ensure compliance with validation requirements
  • Act as the main point of contact for agencies, building and maintaining strong relationships
  • Encourage agency participation in briefs and pitches
  • Provide support to agencies during the pitching process and project execution
  • Actively identify and outreach to potential new agencies across target markets
  • Expand adbow’s vetted agency ecosystem through continuous recruitment and partnerships
  • Monitor agency satisfaction, gather feedback, and ensure high retention
  • Track agency activity, project involvement, and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with operations and other internal teams to solve issues or bottlenecks
  • Report market insights, trends, and agency needs to management

 


Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field3–5 years of experience in account management or business development, ideally in advertising, media, or SaaS platformsStrong relationship-building and negotiation skillsProven track record in expanding networks and managing partnersExcellent communication skills in English and ArabicOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple agencies/projects at onceFamiliarity with the MENA advertising ecosystem is a strong advantage
