Job Summary
We are seeking a Technical Office Architect specialized in shop drawings and quantity surveying. The role focuses on preparing accurate architectural shop drawings and performing precise quantity take-offs to support project execution and cost control.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review architectural shop drawings in line with project specifications, codes, and standards.
Perform detailed quantity take-offs and verify material quantities against drawings.
Support the preparation and review of Bills of Quantities (BOQ).
Coordinate with structural and MEP teams to resolve drawing conflicts.
Provide accurate technical input for procurement and cost control.
Maintain organized records of drawings, QS reports, and approvals.
QualificationsBachelor’s degree in Architecture.Proven experience in shop drawing preparation and quantity surveying.Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and MS Excel (essential for QS tasks).Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.Ability to manage deadlines and work collaboratively with project teams.
