Export Specialist

  • Coordinate and manage the end-to-end export process for assigned product lines, ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.
  • Liaise with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and logistics partners to arrange timely and cost-effective shipments.
  • Prepare and review export documentation, including invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and shipping instructions.
  • Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery and resolve any transportation or customs clearance issues.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with international clients, distributors, and agents to support business growth.
  • Conduct market research to identify new export opportunities and analyze competitor activities in target regions.
  • Negotiate terms of sale, pricing, and delivery schedules with overseas customers in alignment with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as sales, production, and finance to ensure seamless export operations.
  • Ensure adherence to all relevant export laws, regulations, and company policies, including documentation and reporting requirements.
  • Prepare regular reports on export activities, sales performance, and market trends for management review.

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field.2-4 years of proven experience in export operations, international sales, or logistics.Strong knowledge of export documentation and international shipping procedures.Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple shipments and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and export management software.Willingness to travel internationally as needed.
