Senior Media Buyer

- Develop and implement advanced paid advertising strategies tailored to the home appliances market.

- Plan, launch, and manage paid campaigns across multiple platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, YouTube, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).

- Ensure campaigns are highly targeted to reach the right audience segments and maximize conversions.

- Manage and optimize media budgets effectively to achieve KPIs, ROI, and strong monthly sales targets.

- Conduct market, audience, and competitor research to identify opportunities, trends, and best practices.

- Monitor, analyze, and optimize campaign performance on a daily basis with actionable insights.

- Collaborate closely with the sales, marketing, and content teams to align campaigns with overall business objectives.

- Prepare regular reports with performance analysis, insights, and recommendations for improvement.

- Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and digital marketing innovations.

- Consistently achieve and exceed aggressive monthly and quarterly targets.

 


- Minimum 3–5 years of proven experience as a Media Buyer, preferably in home appliances, cookware, or retail sector.- Strong expertise in digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, Google, TikTok, etc.).- Deep knowledge of audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies.- Track record of achieving and exceeding sales and marketing targets.- Excellent analytical skills with the ability to optimize campaigns based on KPIs.- Strong communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
