  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve company revenue targets within the construction and engineering sectors.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, building a robust pipeline of prospective clients in  and electromechanical domains.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to ensure high performance and professional growth.
  • Establish and nurture long-term relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
  • Collaborate with project management and technical teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic planning.
  • Prepare and present compelling sales proposals, bids, and presentations to secure new contracts.
  • Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Track and report on sales metrics, forecasts, and performance against targets to senior management.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Minimum of 8 years of progressive sales experience, preferably within the construction, engineering, or related industries.Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a managerial capacity.Strong leadership skills with experience managing and developing sales teams.Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships at all levels.Strategic thinker with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Bachelor’s degree in business, or a related field.Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events.
