- Develop, manage, and maintain Building Information Models (BIM) for complex engineering and infrastructure projects.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure accurate integration of architectural, structural, and MEP elements within BIM environments.
- Implement and enforce BIM standards, protocols, and workflows in accordance with project and industry requirements.
- Conduct clash detection, resolve conflicts, and provide solutions to optimize design and construction processes.
- Prepare and deliver BIM documentation, reports, and visualizations to support project planning, design, and execution.
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and consultants to ensure timely delivery of BIM deliverables.
- Train and support project team members in BIM tools, processes, and best practices.
- Review and validate BIM models for quality, accuracy, and compliance with client specifications.
- Participate in design coordination meetings and provide technical input on BIM-related matters.
- Stay updated with advancements in BIM technologies and recommend improvements to enhance project outcomes.
Minimum of 7 years of experience in BIM engineering.Proven expertise in developing and managing BIM models for large-scale engineering or infrastructure projects.Strong proficiency in BIM software such as Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.Experience with BIM standards, protocols, and industry best practices.Ability to coordinate with multidisciplinary teams and manage multiple project priorities.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality BIM documentation and reports.Experience in conducting clash detection and resolving design conflicts.Familiarity with sustainable design principles and integration within BIM processes.
