- Design, develop, and optimize mechanical systems and components for film manufacturing processes.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of mechanical equipment to ensure maximum operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and enhance production reliability.
- Analyze mechanical failures, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions to minimize downtime.
- Prepare and maintain detailed documentation, including technical reports, maintenance logs, and equipment manuals.
- Assist in the installation, commissioning, and calibration of new machinery and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements in all engineering activities.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on cost reduction, energy efficiency, and waste minimization.
- Train and mentor junior technicians and operators on mechanical systems and best practices.
- Coordinate with external vendors and contractors for specialized repairs, upgrades, and procurement of spare parts.
