• Oversee employees’ affairs at the site (attendance, leave, advances, files).
• Prepare and organize daily administrative requests and reports.
• Coordinate with departments (Finance – Procurement – Social Insurance).
• Support senior management and contribute to workflow organization.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.• 1–3 years of experience in administrative/site administration.• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel – Word).• Strong organizational and communication skills.• Ability to work under pressure.
