Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer at Grupo AJE in 6th of October. The Mechanical Maintenance Engineer will be responsible for production line and equipment maintenance, mechanical engineering, preventive maintenance, and repair tasks on a daily basis.
Responsibilities:
● Perform routine and preventive maintenance on bottling production lines ,Utilities ,injection machines and equipment according to mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
● Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair mechanical failures in production machinery, utilities, and plant infrastructure.
● Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and best practices to enhance equipment reliability and efficiency.
● Collaborate with engineering, production, and safety teams to support continuous improvement initiatives and resolve technical issues.
● Maintain accurate maintenance records, logs, and documentation in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
QualificationsExperience in With FMCG manufacturing companies is PlusBottling production lines awarence PET is prefered .Experience in preventive maintenance practices.Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.Excellent communication and leadership , teamwork skills.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Relevant certification or degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field.Familiarity with (TPM) principles.Familiarity with neomatic mechanical and (CMMS) principles.Previous experience in the beverage industry is a plus soft drinks is prefered .Preferable support electrical maintenance when it needs .Experience PET injection and bottling production lines and PET blowing machines' is preferred.Bachelor of Mechanical EngineeringGiza residence Nearby 6 October city .
