- Develop and implement EHS strategies, policies, and procedures aligned with local and international standards.
- Conduct risk assessments and ensure preventive measures are in place.
- Lead incident investigations and drive corrective and preventive actions.
- Ensure compliance with governmental regulations and industry standards.
- Organize and conduct training programs to promote awareness and best practices.
- Monitor performance, prepare reports, and recommend improvements to management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure EHS is integrated into all operations.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Occupational Safety, Environmental Science, or related field.7+ years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG sectors.Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, safety regulations, and ISO 45001/14001 standards.Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to work under pressure and influence change at all organizational levels.
