We are seeking a Sustainability Consultant and Senior Architect to lead the integration of sustainable design and certification processes across our projects. This role requires a strong architectural foundation combined with expertise in international sustainability frameworks (LEED, Mostadam, EDGE, etc.). The successful candidate will oversee sustainability strategies, mentor junior team members, and coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality, compliant projects.

Lead sustainability integration in design and construction projects, ensuring alignment with LEED, Mostadam, EDGE, and other frameworks.Manage sustainability certification processes, including documentation, evidence gathering, compliance checks, and submission to relevant authorities.Review and validate architectural and engineering drawings, materials, and specifications for compliance with sustainability targets.Coordinate with architecture, BIM, MEP, and infrastructure teams to embed sustainability requirements into design and execution.Train, mentor, and supervise junior team members transitioning into sustainability roles.Prepare and maintain sustainability scorecards, compliance matrices, and client-facing reports.Represent the firm in meetings with clients, consultants, and certifying bodies, ensuring clear communication of sustainability goals and progress.Contribute to the development of internal systems, templates, and best practices for sustainability workflows. Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.7–10 years of professional experience in architecture, with minimum 2-3 years in sustainability consulting.Accredited professional credentials: LEED AP BD+C (required), EDGE Expert (preferred).Strong knowledge of green building frameworks and environmental regulations.Experience managing multiple projects and delivering sustainability certifications.Proficiency with BIM tools (Revit), and sustainability software is an advantage.Skills & CompetenciesStrong leadership and mentoring abilities.Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) with clients and internal teams.Highly organized with ability to manage competing deadlines.Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.Ability to balance technical precision with practical project delivery.
