- Determine efficient utilization of resources by analyze layouts, labor force, equipment, driver and equipment utilization charts.
- Assist in development of innovative solutions to solve supply chain problems.
- Responsible for developing and sustaining robust, cost effective solutions and processes.
- Translate corporate-level and regional initiatives into the overall network optimization plan.
- Establish data and project plans, as well as manage and leading projects for logistics, transportation, and warehouse efficiency projects and inventory to support order fulfillment objectives and projects.
- Develop, present and execute a funnel of strategies and tactics to reduce cost-and supply risk through disciplined analytics, trending, modeling.
- Manage technical external relationships with suppliers and service providers.
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.
- Keeping abreast of developments in supply chain engineering.
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical or Mechatronics Engineering.Degree coursework in Supply Chain/Management is preferred.In-depth knowledge of Supply Chain Engineering operations, best practices, supply chain analytics & KPI measurement. Advanced interpersonal and communication skills.Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning programs and tools.Demonstrated critical thinking, problem solving, and attention to details.
