- Perform chemical and physical tests on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
- Calibrate and operate laboratory instruments accurately.
- Ensure all testing procedures comply with internal protocols and safety standards.
- Record, analyze, and report laboratory data in a timely and accurate manner.
- Participate in root cause analysis in case of quality deviations.
- Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality systems such as ISO 22000 and HACCP.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization in the lab environment
Education: B.Sc. in Chemistry or Applied Science.Experience: 1–2 years in a lab environment (preferably in the food, chemical, or pharmaceutical industries).Good understanding of wet chemistry techniques and lab safety practices.Familiarity with laboratory instruments (e.g. spectrophotometers, pH meters, viscometers, etc.).Good command of English (written and spoken).Excellent attention to detail and documentation skills.Ability to work under pressure and in shifts, if required.
