Circuit & Functional Analysis
1. Perform electrical testing and validation of SMT-assembled boards.
2. Analyze circuit-level failures (open/short, leakage, signal distortion).
3. Review schematics, BOM, and layout to identify potential risks.
4. Develop test procedures for functional verification
5. Lead root cause analysis of defective boards
6. Work with Process Engineers to differentiate between design vs. process-related issues
7. Perform component-level debugging (ICs, passives, connectors)
8. Document findings and propose corrective actions
Cross-Functional Support
1. Collaborate with SMT Process, Test Engineering, and Quality teams to resolve systemic issues
2. Support customer returns (RMA) and perform deep-dive analysis on field failures
3. Provide training for technicians for electrical debugging
4. Discover related ESD issues and solving them with CI team
Bachelor’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering1–2 years’ experience in SMT manufacturing & circuit analysisProficient in data analysis tools and SMT inspection softwareStrong Arabic & English communication skills
