Prepare comprehensive design packages for firefighting systems, including:
• Preliminary design reports
• Technical specifications
• Design drawings (AutoCAD/Revit)
• Design systems for:
• Wet pipe sprinkler systems
• Dry pipe sprinkler systems
• Foam suppression systems
• CO₂ extinguishing systems
• FM200 clean agent systems
• Perform hydraulic calculations and system sizing based on project requirements.
• Ensure full compliance with:
• NFPA 13, 14, 15, 11, 16, 20
• Egyptian Fire Fighting Code
• Coordinate with project managers, estimation teams, and site engineers to align design deliverables with execution plans.
• Support technical documentation for authority approvals and client presentations.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Fire Protection Engineering.• 2–5 years of experience in design of firefighting systems.• Strong command of NFPA standards and Egyptian fire safety regulations.• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and hydraulic calculation tools.• Familiarity with FM Global and Civil Defense requirements. ✅ Preferred Skills:• Strong technical writing and documentation skills.• Bilingual proficiency (Arabic & English) is a plus.• Ability to manage multiple design packages and meet deadlines.• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving capabilities.
