  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices across all sales operations activities.

Real Estate background is a must.Minimum of 8 years of progressive experience in sales operations, preferably within the real estate or related industries.Proven track record in managing and optimizing sales processes and operations in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable strategies.Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams and driving performance.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively across departments.Proficiency in CRM platforms, sales analytics tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and adapt to changing business needs.Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail and process orientation.Experience in developing and implementing sales policies, procedures, and best practices.Knowledge of industry regulations, compliance standards, and market dynamics.
