1. Creating requisitions and POs to supply necessary material for meeting the production plan & optimizing inventory availability and maximize delivery schedule achievement (DSA), across call-off team members

 

  1.  Develop and encourage good relationship with key peers (Sourcing, Quality, Product Line, R&D, Operations) to maximize material availability and technical optimization whilst maintaining the stringent quality standards required by the organizational objectives.

     
  2. Calculating and maintaining the inventory parameters, including safety stock, reorder point, lot size, lead time and replenishment strategies, in the planning systems and the ERPs, collaborating with buyers to achieve the best possible supplier performance in terms of supplier on-time delivery, minimum order quantity (MOQ), quality, lead time and flexibility

     
  3. Coordinating material planning with call-offs to ensure that purchase requisitions are converted into purchase orders in collaboration with operations buyers and services, supporting cycle counting and/or year-end inventory counting

     
  4. Making financial risk assessment decisions related to inventory and conducts root cause analysis when necessary, analyzing excess and obsolete/aging inventory

     
  5. Taking appropriate action for optimizing inventory performance, in collaboration with sales, marketing, manufacturing and procurement and logistics functions, compiling and sharing weekly/monthly reports with business leaders on planning and fulfillment and inventory

     
  6. Weekly monitoring for the OTD and update operation team for any deviation in delivery dates, daily coordinating with purchasing team regarding material availability, leading the weekly operation meeting with the project management team and operation team

 

  1. Segmenting and optimizing the portfolio of materials through ABC/XYZ analysis, product lifecycle management and commercial policy, defining inventory policies based on the specified segmentation

 


Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.2 to 5 years of experience in material planning, supply chain, or production planning roles.Strong understanding of material requirements planning (MRP) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.Proven ability to analyze data, forecast demand, and manage inventory effectively.Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.Strong communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.Ability to work independently and handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Experience in the electrical, electronic, or manufacturing industries is preferred.Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel.
