- Design, implement, and evaluate organization development initiatives to support business objectives and drive continuous improvement.
- Conduct organizational assessments and diagnose areas for development, recommending actionable solutions to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Collaborate with senior leadership and HR to develop talent management strategies, including succession planning, leadership development, and employee engagement programs.
- Facilitate change management processes, ensuring smooth transitions during organizational restructuring, mergers, or process improvements.
- Develop and deliver training programs and workshops to build organizational capabilities and foster a culture of learning.
- Analyze workforce data and metrics to identify trends, measure the impact of OD interventions, and inform decision-making.
- Lead cross-functional teams in the execution of key OD projects, ensuring alignment with company values and strategic goals.
- Support the development and implementation of performance management systems and competency frameworks.
- Promote diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives to cultivate a positive and inclusive workplace environment.
- Stay current with best practices in organization development, change management, and talent optimization, applying new insights to ongoing projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field.4-6 years of progressive experience in organization development, talent management, or a related HR function.Proven track record of designing and implementing successful OD interventions in a fast-paced environment.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.Excellent facilitation, presentation, and communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.Experience working with senior leadership and cross-functional teams.Solid understanding of change management principles and methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office Suite and HRIS systems.Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively in an office environment.
