- Coordinate and monitor all inbound logistics operations, including shipments from collection points to the factory warehouse, to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, customs brokers, insurance companies, transport contractors, and internal teams to schedule shipments, resolve issues, and optimize logistics performance.
- Prepare, review, and manage all shipping and customs clearance documentation while ensuring compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Track and trace shipments, maintain accurate shipping and receiving records, and send arrival notifications to the warehouse.
- Negotiate with freight forwarders and transport providers to secure competitive rates without compromising service or safety.
Bachelor’s degree in Foreign Trade, Accounting, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.1–2 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or a similar roleStrong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.Very good negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills for coordination with internal teams and external partners.Very good in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of logistics software (Nafeza Platform) is a plus.Detail-oriented with a strong focus on documentation accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.Problem-solving skills with the ability to address logistical challenges promptly and effectively.Very good command of English (written & spoken).Qalioubiya residence or nearby is preferred.
