·      Develop and implement Health and Safety management systems (Plans and instructions) to continually improve the impact control of the organization activities on the employees, equipment, materials and public Health and Safety.

·      Review internal HSE policies and practices to ensure they are current and appropriate; conduct hazard and risk assessments and change existing, or develop new recommendations from these assessments.

·       Ensure that the required Health and Safety risk assessments are carried out to identify, assess and reduce the organization’s environmental and health risks and financial costs.

·       Promote and raise awareness, at all levels of an organization, of the impact of emerging Health and Safety issues.

·       Lead the investigation of the accidents to identify the possible root causes, required corrective / preventive actions and follow up the action implementation with the concerned parties.

·       Conduct regular site visits/audits to assess the HSE performance

·       Managing the Health and Safety teams within the company projects and coaching them to achieve the company goals and targets

·        Provide periodic monthly and quarterly reports, as well as HSE-related results and updates to the HSE manager.
