Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Planning

Develop and implement the national sales strategy aligned with company goals and brand positioning.

Forecast annual, quarterly, and monthly sales targets by region and channel.

Define pricing, discount, and promotional structures in collaboration with marketing and trade teams.

Team Leadership & Development

Lead, coach, and motivate regional sales managers, supervisors, and field teams.

Establish clear KPIs and performance standards; regularly review team performance.

Identify training needs and develop programs to strengthen sales capabilities.

Key Account & Channel Management

Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (retail chains, pharmacies, beauty stores, e-commerce partners).

Negotiate contracts, terms, and promotional support with national and regional accounts.

Expand distribution and penetration into new markets and channels.

Market Analysis & Reporting

Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to identify opportunities.

Provide accurate and timely sales forecasts and performance reports to senior management.

Recommend corrective actions to achieve sales targets.

Collaboration & Execution

Work closely with marketing and trade marketing teams to ensure brand and promotional alignment.

Oversee execution of launches, campaigns, and merchandising standards nationwide.

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.


Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master’s preferred).10+ years of progressive sales experience in FMCG or cosmetics/beauty industry, with at least 5+ years in a national leadership role.Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.Solid understanding of retail channels, distribution networks, and beauty market dynamics.Proficiency in MS Office; experience with CRM/ERP systems is an advantage.
