- Lead the architectural design process for large-scale commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects from concept through completion.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including engineers, contractors, and project managers, to ensure cohesive project delivery.
- Develop and review detailed architectural drawings, plans, and specifications in compliance with industry standards and local regulations.
- Oversee project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution within established parameters.
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress, quality, and adherence to design intent.
- Coordinate with clients to understand project requirements, present design proposals, and incorporate feedback.
- Ensure all architectural work aligns with IGI-Group’s sustainability goals and best practices.
- Stay current with emerging trends, materials, and technologies in architecture to drive innovation within projects.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or a related field.3-5 years of professional experience in architectural design and project management.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other architectural design software.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.Demonstrated experience in preparing and reviewing construction documents and specifications.Solid understanding of local building codes, regulations, and permitting processes.Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
