Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Monitor the market and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Lead negotiations and closing of high-value property transactions.
- Supervise, mentor, and train a team of senior and junior sales agents.
- Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the buying/selling process.
- Maintain relationships with key clients, real estate developers, and investors.
- Ensure all sales activities comply with legal and regulatory requirements.
- Provide weekly/monthly sales reports to senior management.
- Integrate digital marketing strategies to improve client engagement and sales conversion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.5+ years of experience in real estate sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.Strong knowledge of real estate laws, market trends, and property transactions.Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and MS Office.Excellent negotiation and closing skills.Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a sales team.
