  • Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles within the organization, from job posting to onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and applicant tracking systems to ensure accurate records.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, assessments, and feedback sessions with candidates and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality candidates and promote UNI Power as an employer of choice.
  • Prepare and extend job offers, negotiate terms, and facilitate the onboarding process for new hires.
  • Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular reports on hiring progress and effectiveness.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and legal requirements related to recruitment and employment.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or a similar HR role.Proven track record of successfully filling positions within a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment best practices.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and HR databases.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.High level of professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.Ability to work on-site and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
