- Participating in the recruitment process: advertising positions, screening resumes, scheduling interviews,and participating in candidate selection.
- Following up on hiring processes, preparing employee files, and ensuring that documents are complete.
- Contributing to the preparation of payroll and ensuring the accuracy of data, attendance, and leave records.
- Implementing approved human resources policies and procedures.
- Monitoring social insurance and medical insurance and entering employee data into the ERP system.
- Addressing employee issues and complaints and referring them to the relevant authorities when necessary.
- Monitoring employee compliance with work regulations and policies and resolving disputes.
- Contributing to the development of human resources policies and procedures and improving the work
- Participate in workload analysis across all departments to ensure a fair and efficient allocation of tasks.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.2-4 years of experience in a Human Resources role.Human resoucres Diploma is mustStrong understanding of HR principles, practices, and employment laws.Very good english level.Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel- Word).Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
