- Identify training and development needs through job analysis, performance appraisals, and observation
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with external training providers when necessary.
- Maintain updated training records and prepare periodic reports on training activities and outcomes.
- Ensure training activities are aligned with organizational goals and employee performance requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in Training & Development.Proven experience in dealing and coordinating with training providers.Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and training methodologies.Proficiency in MS Office.English proficiency at Upper Intermediate level.
