- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and hydraulic system failures to minimize downtime.
- Perform root cause analysis for recurring failures and implement preventive measures ,and Participate in executing scheduled preventive maintenance plans.
- Maintain detailed records of all maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance.
- Monitor machine performance and ensure compliance with safety and reliability standards.
- Collaborate with production teams to ensure smooth operation of machines.
- Prepare technical maintenance reports and propose improvement plans to enhance machine performance.
- Follow company safety policies and ensure a safe work environment.
- Maintain spare parts inventory and coordinate with the storekeeper for timely availability.
- Install, test, and commission new machines and production lines when required.
- Participate in developing and updating the maintenance schedule and documentation.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and cost reduction in maintenance operations.
- Support training and guidance for technicians to improve maintenance practices.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.- Basic knowledge of hydraulic systems is a must.- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair machinery.- Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to preventing equipment breakdowns.- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.- Proficient in using maintenance management software and Microsoft Office.- Strong personality with the ability to manage and interact effectively with workers and supervisors.- Residence: Must be based in Alexandria.
