Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.3-7 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a fast-paced environment.Strong understanding of recruitment processes, sourcing techniques, and interview methodologies.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems and HR software.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.High level of professionalism and confidentiality.Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.Knowledge of labor laws and best practices in recruitment.
