Purpose of the job
Responsible for developing and executing advanced communication strategies that engage employees, enhance the company's employer brand, and deliver innovative design solutions across all channels. This role combines strategic communication with visual storytelling, ensuring consistency in tone, design, and brand identity across internal and external platforms.
Key Responsibilities
-Develop and implement internal communication channels aligned with business objectives.

-Develop, implement, and maintain internal communication channels, ensuring clarity, creativity, and alignment
with business objectives.
-Design, produce, and deliver visually impactful communication materials, including presentations, newsletters,infographics, social media visuals, event branding, and corporate campaigns.
-Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate, and engaging communication of organizational updates.
-Create compelling written and visual content that supports strategic objectives across multiple channels, including emails, intranet, social platforms, and corporate events.
-Introduce innovative, inclusive, and design-driven initiatives to enhance employee engagement and experience.
-Contribute to the development and execution of the annual internal communication plan.
-Collaborate with the Employee Experience and Engagement team on creative concepts and design execution for company events (Ramadan, Christmas, Summer events, town halls, leadership meetings, etc.).
-Strengthen the employer brand by creating engaging social media campaigns that attract top talent.
Manage the design and creative direction of employer branding content across Life at Orange Egypt platforms Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn).
-Develop social media calendars with a strong focus on design excellence, creative layouts, and multimedia integration.
-Ensure all communication and design outputs are aligned with corporate brand guidelines and visual identity.
-Stay current with design, communication, and social media trends to bring innovative ideas to the organization.
-Market the HR brand promise internally to foster employee loyalty and engagement.
-Work closely with the Sourcing team to identify opportunities to reinforce our employment brand message.
Job specification
Education
Bachelors degree in marketing, Communication, English Literature, or a related field.
Experience
Minimum of 4 years of experience in communications, employer branding, and design-related fields, with proven
expertise in creative content development and strategic communication
Skills and abilities
Strong graphic design skills with proven ability to produce professional, creative, and brand-aligned materials.
Proficiency in design tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Canva) alongside Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
Outstanding writing skills with the ability to craft stories for various channels.
Excellent editing and proofreading skills for English and Arabic content.
Creative, innovative, and social-media savvy.
Knowledge of French is an advantage.
