JOB MAIN RULES, RESPONSIBILITY AND AUTHORITY:

1. Ensures implementation and compliance of Safety, Environment and health Management System standards at the section.

2. A good understanding of Chemistry, knowledge of mass and heat transfer, thermodynamics, chemical reactions and process analysis.

3. Checks and monitor that all the operation work performed meets with the standards approved by Section Head.

4. Direct the effort of shift team where production priorities demand, coordinate with the operations personnel and using guidelines issued by the Section Head.

5. Recommends and draft design changes for new installations and modifies drawings and documents when existing equipment is altered.

6. Organize and assist in training programs for new Technician/ Operators Trainees as management needed.  Monitors training progress and job performance.

7. Performs a trouble-shooting role when operation problems arising on the shift to go beyond the scope of the Shift Supervisors or when co-ordination in the group, or across functional boundaries is required.

8. Ensures by personal checking that the team adhere to company accident prevention regulations and work within prescribed safety standards.

9. Review and comment for the relevant technical documents for the DR Plants and participate in all aspects of design, engineering, PHA, inspections, operation and maintenance procedures, testing and commissioning.

10. Participate in the Management Safety Audit Program.

11. Performs other miscellaneous related tasks as required by the management.

12. Optimize energy conservation & maximize quality production.

13. Record data’s regularly & capable to find out root cause.

14. Familiarization of Safety, health and Environment.
