Lead, Brand & Design Creative

Purpose of the job

  • To create visually engaging and brand-consistent designs that support marketing goals and elevate the company's identity across all platforms.

Duties and responsibilities

  • Responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging visuals/designs that communicate complex ideas and concepts
  • Design and produce a range of visual materials including logos, advertisements, brochures, social media graphics, and product packaging.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute creative concepts that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.
  • Handle multiple projects, set deadlines, and ensure timely delivery of designs.
  • Receive and incorporate feedback from clients and team members to make necessary revisions and improvements to designs.
  • Utilize industry-standard software such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator to create and manipulate designs.

Job specification

Education

  • Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

Experience

  • 0 2 years of experience as a graphic Designer
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator, Animation is a plus.
  • Helped maintain brand consistency across different design projects
  • Edited and prepared images and graphics for web and print use.
  • Excellent communication skills to articulate design decisions and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project priorities.
