Social Media Associate Manager

Plan and lead integrated social media campaigns for key brand initiatives, product launches, and seasonal events. Oversee content creation (static, video, stories, interactive formats) with internal teams and external agencies. Build and manage influencer partnerships to enhance reach and engagement. Monitor social trends, competitor activity, and consumer insights to identify opportunities for innovation. Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to optimize campaigns and demonstrate ROI. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and brand consistency across all touchpoints. Lead, mentor, and develop a team of content creators, planners, and designers. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. Minimum 6 years of proven experience in social media marketing, digital marketing, or brand communications. Strong knowledge of social media platforms, trends, analytics, and content strategies. Experience managing influencer collaborations and digital campaigns. Excellent communication, storytelling, and creative skills. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights. Proven leadership experience managing teams and agency partners. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders
