Develop and execute marketing initiatives to drive customer acquisition across Direct Sales, Retail, and Digital channels-targeting SME, SOHO, and Government entities. Work with Sales and Commercial teams to define and monitor monthly and quarterly acquisition targets by channel and segment. Design targeted acquisition promotions and value propositions tailored to the needs of SME, SOHO, and Government customers. Support marketing budget planning and optimize spend allocation across campaigns for maximum effectiveness and ROI. 0-2 years of Commercial experience Analytical skills Creative solutions Stakeholder management Commercial sense Communication skills Presentation skills Reporting skills. Numeracy skills High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
