Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and monitor quality management systems (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, HACCP, GMP).
- Conduct audits, inspections, and reviews of production lines to ensure compliance with standards.
- Lead internal and external audits with regulatory bodies and certification agencies.
- Apply quality analysis tools (Pareto, Fishbone, Six Sigma) to identify root causes and drive improvements.
- Handle customer complaints analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA).
- Train employees on quality and food safety systems.
- Evaluate suppliers through external audits and maintain the approved vendor list.
Bachelor’s degree in Science, or a relevant field.Minimum 5 years of experience in Quality Assurance within the food or industrial sector.Strong knowledge of international quality standards (ISO 9001, HACCP, GMP, ISO 22000)Solid experience in audits, compliance, and food safety systems.Professional certifications in quality systems are preferred.Strong problem-solving, collaboration, and adaptability skills.
