Quality Assurance Head

  • Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of comprehensive quality assurance strategies and systems across all production lines.
  • Supervise and mentor the quality assurance team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Establish, monitor, and report on key quality metrics to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections of processes, products, and documentation to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including production, engineering, and supply chain, to resolve quality-related issues.
  • Develop and deliver training programs to enhance quality awareness and best practices among staff.
  • Investigate and address customer complaints, non-conformities, and root causes, implementing corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulatory, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Drive initiatives for process optimization, waste reduction, and cost savings without compromising quality.
  • Prepare and present detailed quality reports and recommendations to senior management.

Minimum of 5 years and maximum of 7 years of progressive experience in quality assurance, preferably within the printing services. Proven experience in leading and managing quality assurance teams.Strong knowledge of quality management systems, standards, and methodologies (e.g., ISO 9001, Six Sigma).Demonstrated ability to analyze complex data and implement effective quality improvement initiatives.Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.Experience with internal and external audits, regulatory compliance, and customer quality requirements.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, office-based environment.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Proficiency in quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and drive organizational change.
