- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Present, promote, and sell products or services to customers using solid arguments and product knowledge.
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs as set by management.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreement with clients to maximize profitability.

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.
- Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities to continuously improve skills and knowledge.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or a related field.3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales, business development, or account management.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-focused mindset.Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events.Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.
