- Oversee and optimize daily production operations to ensure efficiency, safety, and quality standards are met.
- Develop, implement, and refine manufacturing processes for elevator and escalator components.
- Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, and quality assurance teams to resolve technical issues and improve workflow.
- Monitor production schedules, resource allocation, and inventory levels to meet project deadlines.
- Analyze production data and generate reports to identify trends, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations, safety protocols, and company policies.
- Support the introduction of new products or technologies into the production line.
- Train and mentor production staff on best practices, equipment operation, and safety procedures.
- Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of materials and components.
Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.3-5 years of experience in a production or manufacturing engineering role, preferably in the elevator, escalator, or related mechanical industries.Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, workflow optimization, and process improvement techniques.Proven ability to analyze production data and implement effective solutions.Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies.Excellent communication and teamwork skills to collaborate across departments.Strong organizational and time management abilities to handle multiple projects.Proficiency in production management software and Microsoft Office Suite.Demonstrated commitment to workplace safety and quality standards.Ability to work onsite and adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
