Required—Production Engineer (Injection Molding)

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Engineer—Production (Injection Molding) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise along with a good understanding of quality systems and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Lead shift operations on the injection molding shop floor.
✔ Monitor process parameters and machine settings, and ensure minimum rejections.
✔ Troubleshoot molding issues and support process improvement.
✔ Ensure adherence to standards and related production documentation.
✔ Prepare and maintain all production-related documents and reports.
✔ Face customer audits and coordinate with cross-functional teams
✔ Effectively handle a team of operators and shift supervisors.
✔ Support root cause analysis and CAPA for quality issues.
✔ Sound understanding of the lean manufacturing, Excellent analytical skills Expertise in MS Excel.
✔ Mold Validation and training for workers Good in manpower handling.
✅ Bachelor's degree in mechanical or production engineering.✅ 4–6 years of hands-on experience in injection molding production (medical device preferred).✅ Strong knowledge of molding machines, materials, and tool handling.✅ Experience in GMP documentation, process audits, and compliance.✅ Excellent team management, planning, and reporting skills.✅ Good awareness of using SolidWorks is preferred.
