Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement mechanical commissioning plans, procedures, and schedules.
- Review mechanical design documentation, P&IDs, and system drawings to ensure system readiness.
- Coordinate pre-commissioning, functional testing, and start-up activities for mechanical systems (e.g., HVAC, pumps, piping, rotating equipment, chillers, etc.).
- Supervise and verify mechanical system installations and alignments.
- Work closely with construction teams, vendors, and clients to ensure system integration and handover.
- Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical system issues during the commissioning phase.
- Ensure commissioning activities comply with health, safety, and environmental (HSE) requirements.
- Prepare and maintain test records, commissioning reports, punch lists, and documentation for client handover.
- Support training and knowledge transfer to operations and maintenance staff.
- Liaise with electrical, instrumentation, and controls teams for integrated system testing.
