  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Present, promote, and sell products or services to existing and prospective customers.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and provide detailed information to address customer needs and objections.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within the specified schedule.
  • Prepare and deliver regular sales reports, forecasts, and market feedback to management.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
  • Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and professional development activities.

Minimum of 1 year and up to 7 years of proven sales experience, preferably in a related industry.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and time-management abilities.Demonstrated ability to meet and exceed sales targets.Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-oriented mindset.Willingness to travel or work flexible hours as needed.Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
