- Identify and resolve critical performance issues in refrigerator models to ensure optimal functionality.
- Integrate new refrigerator models into production using Semi Knocked Down (SKD) format, ensuring smooth assembly and product diversity.
- Conduct detailed competitor product analyses to support product development strategies and market positioning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, production, quality) to implement product improvements.
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and presentations for management review.
- Support testing and validation processes for new and modified refrigerator models.
Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering .( 1–2 ) years of experience in R&D, product engineering, or appliance manufacturing (refrigerators preferred).Fresh graduates must have relevant project/internship experience .Strong problem-solving skills with hands-on experience in diagnosing and - fixing product performance issues.Good command of English – written and spoken .Knowledge of SKD (Semi Knocked Down) manufacturing processes.Ability to conduct market and competitor analysis and translate insights into product improvements.Proficiency in CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD) and MS Office tools.
